Uttar Pradesh (2006-2022), Bihar (2020-2022)
The Social Mobilisation Network (SMNet) is a program communication network established in Uttar Pradesh in 2001. The main task of the SMNet is to ensure that all children are getting vaccinated against Polio (every round), and now the scope of the SMNet has expanded to include a larger scope for routine immunisation and other convergent interventions. Under this project, the program aims to support UNICEF to conduct regular oversight on the recruitment and deployment of Social Mobilisers (SMs) in the high-priority blocks/planning units.
We provided end-to-end project support through HR and consultant management, financial management, insurance and compliance, logistics and administration and program implementation for 555 consultants in Uttar Pradesh and 367 consultants in Bihar.
