WHO has been supporting NTEP (the erstwhile RNTCP) since its inception in India. It works closely with the Government of India (GoI) and other technical and development partners at both national and state levels to facilitate GoI’s achievement of its vision of a TB-free India.
As part of the contract, we support the WHO country office in carrying out recruitment, payroll, management, and administration of the network of medical and non-medical consultants and overseeing day-to-day administration related to project management. The NTEP Consultant Network includes 170 professionals in total. We have integrated existing consultants at the Central and State levels into its payroll, ensuring continuity of services in line with WHO’s requirements. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, HR and payroll management, logistics support, financial management, IT and asset management, admin and performance oversight, and governance and compliance.
