He has taught me to be unprejudiced
My Husband, My Inspiration!
I recall, how a calm and easy going person like him, initiated an endless discussion at his workplace, for the promotion of a women subordinate, who was about to go for maternity break.
For me gender parity is about #MakeWayforHer, however the dearth of parity index is explicitly followed by my husband. It is not the routine chores where he partners equally, he makes sure, I am heard, respected and live a progressive life. I have seen him standing up for his sisters, friends (including mine too), office colleagues, like a pro parity person, with so much ease. I recall, how a calm and easy going person like him, initiated an endless discussion at his workplace, for the promotion of a female subordinate, who was about to go for maternity break. For me this has been an extra mile, he walked for opposite gender.
These are few of his qualities, which I feel are the finest human traits. He has taught me to be unprejudiced, modest and thoughtful. The way he comforts and empowers the other half, uplifts their self-confidence and listen to their life stories, makes him my life inspiration. I am inspired by him daily, since a decade now.
